Returns |

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED ON ALL RETURNS. All returns and claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Credits in lieu of replacement will be issued on all returns. |

Cancellations |

All purchase orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without authorization. Any cancellations must be prior to printing and production. |

Order Changes |

Changes may delay the original ship date and result in additional art charges, screen charges, if the order has already been pulled for printing. If production has started, changes cannot be accepted.

Artwork |

Hard Copy Artwork must be supplied by customer in black & white, color separated, with camera-ready artwork to size. Artwork that needs touch up or re-drawing will be billed $25.00 per half hour. Faxed artwork is not acceptable. E-mailed artwork must be supplied in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS) or Photoshop Format (.PSD). JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, or halftones will not be accepted for artwork. Please include File Type, Contact Name, Company Name, and Phone Number with artwork. PRICING While San Diego Custom Promotions tries to ensure accuracy, San Diego Custom Promotions reserves the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Product and service prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. San Diego Custom Promotions reserves the right to limit quantities. Descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors are subject to corrections.
Because of custom orders, shipping charges, and other factors, the final invoice for a product or service may be different than the original invoice as provided . When this occurs, San Diego Custom Promotions will contact the client by phone or email with the final invoice before processing the order and credit card or other payment.
